Encompassing gear sizes from 10,0mm root through 500,0mm tip diameters, QC American has a complete CNC Generating Grinder program based on five distinct machine platforms featuring 'old-school' manual operations all the way through to completely integrated workpiece automation.

The QC American CNC Form Grinding program has 7 machine platforms capable of grinding internal or external gears, rotors or splines with horizontal or vertical models with capacities from 30,0mm root through 2000,0mm tip diameters. Many models feature on-board inspection options, all have extensive customization capability and include highly adaptive software.

As a natural extension of our gear processing expertise, QC American offers a large variety of flexible and fixed gear finishing machines for lead and profile chamfering, rounding or deburring operations with workpiece capacities from 35,0mm through 2000,0mm.

QC American has developed a number of machines for more specialized production applications. Face grinding, ID grinding, Vane and Rotor Pump components and splines are but a few of our designs.
