LARGE CASTING

RESING-BONDED SAND WORKSHOP

The RESING-BONDED SAND WORKSHOP is equipped with two production lines for resin-bonded sand molding and sand processing, separately from IMF Italy and Taiyo Chuki of Japan, a moving molding production line, two 7t/h cupola furnace, two 6t/h medium-frequency induction electro-melting furnace, a PC controlled thermal annealing furnace, a cleaning room through steel ball shooting at 72 m/s liner velocity, two suspended cleaning rooms through steel ball shooting and 9 sets of large roughing and half-finishing manufacturing equipment. The annual output is 14,000 tons.

DRY GREEN SAND WORKSHOP

The DRY GREEN SAND WORKSHOP mainly manufactures green sand castings and is equipped with two 5t/h cupola furnace, a set of hydraulic sand cleaning machines and a movable sand blasting machine. The annual output is 3,000 tons.

SMALLER CASTING

The workshop is equipped with a AMF-11 automatic production line with horizontal mold removing and wed sand processing function from Tokyu of Japan, four sets of 145 molding machines, two sets of 148 molding machines, six sets of core shooting machines, two 2t/h medium-frequency induction electro-melting furnace, two belt-type cleaning machines through steel ball shooting. The annual output capacity is 8,000 tons.

NON-FERROUS CASTING

The workshop is equipped with over 30 special foundry facilities, such as, the medium-frequency induction electro-melting furnace, the crucible furnace, the vacuum solution gas inspector, the far infrared fast melting furnace, the quenching furnace for aluminum casting, the vertical centrifugal casting machine, the cleaning machines through steel ball shooting. It can steadily produce aluminum alloy castings, copper alloy castings, zinc alloy castings which meet high-brand China national standards, and some non-ferrous metals castings meeting Japan, Europe and American standards.
